Chris – combination sleeper with a desk-wrecked lower back

Chris cared most about mid-back support and “morning-after” stiffness. The Classic felt the most consistent for alignment, while the Deluxe added noticeable shoulder give without losing the lumbar hold he needs. The Essential ran firmer and simpler, and the Grand became his pick once tuned for a flatter, calmer surface.

Marcus – bigger, hot sleeper who leans firm

Marcus sleeps hot and prefers a firmer feel. He liked the Essential for its direct pushback, then leaned toward the Classic for its steadier zoning on heavier frames. The Classic is where Obasan starts to feel like an “everyday” latex mattress instead of a minimalist slab. The zoning made alignment feel steadier, especially through the lower back.

The Deluxe added the most obvious upgrade in pressure relief. Shoulder and hip areas settled in more, while the core still kept the spine from dipping too far.
