Refund Policy

At Dweva, we want you to shop with confidence. Dweva products are eligible for free returns within 30 days of delivery, and all returns include free return shipping.

For mattresses, we also offer an extended 100-Day Trial.

30-Day Free Returns

Except for certain non-resalable products, all other Dweva home products qualify for free, no-questions-asked returns within 30 days of delivery.

This includes:

  • Mattresses
  • Sofas
  • Other eligible Dweva products

Return shipping is free for all returns.

Dweva Mattress 100-Day Trial

In addition to our standard 30-day free return policy, all Dweva mattresses include a 100-Day Trial.

For the first 30 days after delivery

You may return your mattress for any reason.

After 30 days and within 100 days of delivery

If the mattress has a quality issue, durability issue, or other product-related defect that is not caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or other human factors, you may still return it within 100 days of receiving it.

After the first 30 days, returns are available only for verified product-related defects or quality issues inherent to the mattress itself. Returns requested for comfort preference, firmness preference, size selection, change of mind, or any other reason unrelated to a product defect are not eligible under this 30–100 day return provision.

For mattresses, sofas, or other products sold in the Dweva that use compressed packaging and cannot be resold once opened, you will be responsible for a final handling fee equal to 38% of the product’s sale price.

Due to the nature of their compressed packaging, hygiene considerations, and product handling requirements, these products cannot be returned to inventory or resold once they have been delivered and/or opened. Instead, the product will be collected directly by a third-party service provider and handled appropriately. Depending on the condition of the item and applicable third-party requirements, the product may be donated to a charitable organization, recycled, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of through an authorized third-party channel.

The following Dweva products are classified as non-resalable products: Luna Mattress, Pavia Sofa, Marlow Sofa, Harmony Couch, Vesper Sofa and Mira Sofa.

Free Return Shipping

Dweva offers free return shipping on all products.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and pickup details at no additional cost to you.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive a package with missing items or incorrect items, we will:

  • send the missing item(s) to you at no extra cost, and
  • provide appropriate compensation when applicable

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please submit a return request through your order history.

Once we confirm your return request, we will send you:

  • return instructions, and
  • pickup details

Please do not send any item back without requesting a return in advance. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Timing

After your return request is confirmed and processed according to our return instructions, your refund will typically be issued within 7 business days.
