Refund Policy

At Dweva, we want you to shop with confidence. All Dweva products are eligible for free returns within 30 days of delivery, and all returns include free return shipping.

For mattresses, we also offer an extended 100-Day Free Trial.

30-Day Free Returns for All Products

All Dweva products qualify for free returns within 30 days after delivery, for any reason.

This includes:

  • Mattresses
  • Sofas
  • Other eligible Dweva products

Return shipping is free for all returns.

Dweva Mattress 100-Day Free Trial

In addition to our standard 30-day free return policy, all Dweva mattresses include a 100-Day Free Trial.

For the first 30 days after delivery

You may return your mattress for any reason, free of charge.

After 30 days and within 100 days of delivery

If the mattress has a quality issue, durability issue, or another product-related problem not caused by human factors, you may still return it free of charge within 100 days of receiving it.

If you request a mattress return after the first 30 days for reasons other than a product-related issue, your return may be subject to a final handling fee of approximately 15% to 38% of the product value.

For mattresses, sofas, or other products sold in the Dweva that use compressed packaging and cannot be resold once opened, if a return is made for reasons unrelated to product quality, you will be responsible for a final handling fee equal to 38% of the product’s sale price.

Free Return Shipping

Dweva offers free return shipping on all products.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and pickup details at no additional cost to you.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive a package with missing items or incorrect items, we will:

  • send the missing item(s) to you at no extra cost, and
  • provide appropriate compensation when applicable

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please submit a return request through your order history.

Once we confirm your return request, we will send you:

  • return instructions, and
  • pickup details

Please do not send any item back without requesting a return in advance. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Timing

After your return request is confirmed and processed according to our return instructions, your refund will typically be issued within 7 business days.
